Yes. ZMG Enterprises operates under ZM Groups Ltd, a registered business in Pakistan. We provide formal digital rental agreements, documented receipts for all transactions, and transparent terms and conditions for every booking.

Yes. Professional cleaning is coordinated by ZMG’s in-house team before your arrival and at regular intervals during your stay (frequency depends on your tenancy type). We do not hand cleaning off to random freelancers — our team handles all properties in our portfolio to maintain consistent standards.
Yes. ZMG Enterprises offers short-term furnished rentals across DHA Phase 6, DHA Phase 7, DHA Phase 8, and Paragon City. Minimum stay is typically 7 nights. Short-stay guests get the same fully managed, professionally cleaned properties as long-term tenants — same WiFi, same 24/7 WhatsApp support, same flexibility on check-in timing.
ZMG manages properties in DHA Phase 6, DHA Phase 7, DHA Phase 8 (including Air Avenue), and Paragon City. We also have properties in Banker’s Enclave available on request. WhatsApp us with your preferred location and we will share current availability.
Yes, subject to availability. If you want to extend your stay, WhatsApp us at least 5 days before your original end date. We will confirm whether the same property is available for the extended period or find you an equivalent alternative if it is already booked.
Yes. Many of our bookings are made by someone based abroad or in another city on behalf of a family member, employee, or colleague moving to Lahore. We can conduct a WhatsApp video tour of the property for the actual tenant and handle the full booking remotely. Contact us to arrange this.
A We accept bank transfer (all major Pakistani banks), EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and debit/credit card. All payments are fully documented with digital receipts. We do not accept undocumented cash payments — every transaction has a paper trail for your protection.
A fully furnished ZMG property includes: beds with quality bedding and pillows, wardrobes, sofa set and dining table, LED TV, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, cooking range, microwave, crockery and cutlery), split-type air conditioning in all rooms, electric geyser for hot water, high-speed WiFi, and a UPS backup system for power outages. You move in with a suitcase — everything else is already there.
Yes. All ZMG-managed properties include a UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) system that keeps essential appliances — lights, fans, internet router, and phone charging — running during load-shedding periods. Properties in DHA also benefit from reduced load-shedding hours compared to other Lahore neighbourhoods.
Yes. Every photo on zmgenterprises.com was taken by our team at the actual property. We do not use stock images or images from other listings. What you see on the website is what you will find when you arrive — we physically inspect and photograph every property before it goes live
Yes — and it is our home ground. Paragon City is a mature, fully developed gated housing society on Raiwind Road with its own Broadway commercial strip, schools, and parks. It offers significantly lower rents than DHA while still providing a secure, planned environment. It is particularly popular with students, families, and working professionals who commute to DHA or the Ring Road corridor. ZMG’s office is inside Paragon City, which means we have unmatched local knowledge of every block and building.
Paragon City is approximately 15–20 minutes from DHA Phase 6 by car via Raiwind Road. The Thokar Niaz Baig interchange on the Ring Road is just 5–10 minutes from Paragon City, giving easy access to all parts of Lahore including the airport (25–30 minutes), Gulberg (25 minutes), and the motorway to Islamabad.
DHA Lahore is one of the safest residential areas in Pakistan. All DHA phases have 24/7 manned entry and exit points, CCTV coverage on main roads, and a dedicated DHA Security patrol force. ZMG also maintains dedicated female-only room rentals in verified properties with full privacy. We have many single female professionals and female students among our long-term tenants.
